This is a piece I made as a part of my Digital Illustration class. We were given a image of a tree’s branches, and we had to make our own spin or image with it. I originally had thought of a village of fairies living on the branches, but as I was sketching I came up with another idea. I decided to have someone laying on a bench, overlooked by birds. I then decided to add the torn remains of a bag on the sidewalk and bits of it in the birds mouths.
